All orders are sent via the United States Postal Service. The shipping and handling costs of your order include insurance at the value of the order. At JillOfManyBlessings.com we send only quality inspected items, therefore any order arriving damaged should be reported to the shipping agent. Refunds for damaged goods should be handled by the United States Postal Service.
If you are not completely satisfied with your items for any reason other than damage, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a replacement or refund for the price of the item. There is a 5% restocking fee on items returned. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
